Profile Summary

Elaine is, for the most part, a theatrical writer's representative. She does represent some prose writers, but her focus and extensive experience is in stage writing. There is very little information available about Elaine other than her client list which we suggest you peruse should you be interested in submitting to her. Please be aware, however, that Elaine does NOT accept unsolicited manuscripts. Instead, she likes to be approached via email with your CV, your professional experiences, and a brief summary of the work you wish to submit to her.

How to make a submission:
Please do not submit unsolicited material. Any unsolicited scripts will be returned and those with no return postage will be destroyed. Unsolicited email submissions will be deleted unread. If you would like your work considered for representation please email your cv together with a brief outline of your experience and a short outline of the work you wish to submit.
Other advice and background:
Advice to writers presenting scripts: make sure that the agent gets a feel for who the writer is. Remember: the agent needs to get a sense of whether they can work with you or not. The art of editing in publishing houses is on the decline, which makes it even more important that you get your ms as polished as possible before you send it away.
