Profile Summary

With 12 years experience under his belt, Conway represents a number of high-profile and bestselling non-fiction writers. The agency is relatively new, only established in 2013, but Conway previously co-founded Mulcahy Conway Agency and later became Head of the UK Literary Division of The Agency Group.

When Conway says that his tastes are eclectic, he really means it. From musician Brian Wilson to chef John Torode as well as property investor and star of Location Location Location, Phil Spencer, to the talent behind the worldwide phenomenon Movember, there is an extremely wide gamut of subject matter covered on Conway's list. Serious academic writers to media friendly faces, Conway loves passionate writers who are either personalities or experts in their field.

At this time, Conway is not open for unsolicited manuscripts as his list is full. There is little personal information in the public domain regarding Conway, and he does not define his particular interests. He has a Twitter account but does not use it. Looking at his existing pool of clients, however, suggests that he favours sports, chefs, and music titles. Given that many of his clients are established celebrities, it is unlikely Conway will take on untested talent even when (or if) he opens his list to unsolicited submissions.

While Conway is clearly an excellent agent, he is not the best option for writers looking to establish a new career.
