There is limited information in the public domain regarding Ros Edwards. She founded the Edwards Fuglewicz Literary Agency in 1996 with business partner Helenka Fuglewicz. However, the agency does not have an online presence, nor was Agent Hunter able to procure a list of clients or deals handled by them.
Given the lack of information available, we do not recommend submitting to Ros in the first instance. She does not accept unsolicited manuscripts or submissions via email. While the agency appears legitimate and doesn't charge a reading fee, the lack of a website or clear submission guidelines raises some red flags. If you do wish to submit, try calling the office first and ask Ros for advice.
The agency takes both fiction and non-fiction. On the fiction side, the focus is on literary and commercial fiction, but no horror, science fiction, or fantasy. Neither will they accept any children's literature. For non-fiction, they are interested in works covering popular culture and history, as well as biographies.
Ros was Rights Director at Faber and Faber before founding the Edwards Fuglewicz agency in 1996. The agency represents individual writers as well as heritage publishers such as the Bodleian and the British Library. There is very limited biographical information about this agent in the public domain.
